the primary term or any extended term thereafter.

distribution company's City-Gate for the account of K Holder, and not
K Holder's actual facility.
Compressor Usage Surcharge (CUS), if applicable, is subject to change
semi-annually and/or subject to FERC approval.

Receipts by Displacement
In the event that Transporter is unable to physically
receive sufficient quantities of natural gas at the
Primary Receipt Point specified above, pursuant to
Section 5.1, GT&C, Transporter's ability to effectuate
the displacement at such point will be dependent on
sufficient delivery quantities being scheduled and
flowing at the point.
