Panhandle Eastern Pipeline EFT Open Season

Panhandle Eastern Pipeline is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation utilizing PEPL Enhanced Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule EFT ) under the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Points: Field Zone (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point: Market Zone points (subject to available capacity)

Open Season CQ: Up to 1,600 Dth/d (subject to available receipt and delivery point capacity)

Start Date: April 1, 2026

Minimum Term: 10 years

Rate: tariff

 

 

Any interested party must complete the binding bid form below and return it to PEPL, via email as directed below.   The deadline for submitting bids is 12 PM CST on Monday, March 23, 2026.   

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers.  PEPL reserves the right to reject or accept any non-conforming bids.  Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the EFT Form of Service Agreement set forth in PEPL’s Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids.  PEPL’s discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis. 

After the close of this Open Season, PEPL will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids.  Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest unitized net present value (per Dth) of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season.  Bids with an equal unitized net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis. Successful bids will be awarded by EOB on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
