Notice of Available Base Firm Capacity and Bid Solicitation

In accordance with Section 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, ETC Tiger Pipeline, LLC is soliciting bids for the following firm transportation service:

 

Rate Schedule:	FTS
MAXDTQ:	100,000 MMBtu
Receipt Points:	East of Highway 789 Refer to the Unsubscribed Capacity posting on ETC Tiger Pipeline's website for the availability of specific receipt point quantities.
Delivery Points:	East of Highway 789 Refer to the Unsubscribed Capacity posting on ETC Tiger Pipeline's website for the availability of specific delivery point quantities.
Term:	April 1, 2027 - March 31, 2029
Current Applicable Tariff Fuel:	0.67%
Maximum Reservation Rate (does not include surcharges and commodity charges which are additive):	$0.3479

 

A shipper need not offer to pay a rate (including, without limitation, a negotiated rate) that may be in excess of the maximum tariff rate to obtain such capacity.

 

1.         Written bids must be received by the deadline, must be binding on the Shipper, and include material terms as outlined on the bid form below.

 

2.         Shipper must indicate a willingness to accept a portion of the quantity bid in order to receive less than the full quantity bid. (The absence of a statement that Shipper will accept a partial volume will be interpreted to mean the Shipper is not willing to accept a partial volume.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.         ETC Tiger Pipeline will award the capacity to the Shipper(s) whose bid(s) represent the highest present value per Dth following the bid evaluation provisions set forth in Section 2.1 (c) of the General Terms and Conditions of ETC Tiger Pipelines FERC NGA Gas tariff. Contingency bids will not be accepted. ETC Tiger will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids. Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest net present value (per Dth) of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season. Bids with equal present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis.

 

4.         All bids should be submitted on a two-part rate basis. ETC Tiger Pipeline will consider only the reservation rate in comparing bids.

 

5.         If ETC Tiger Pipeline receives maximum rate bids and negotiated rate bids, then any negotiated rate bid exceeding the maximum tariff rate shall be considered equal to the maximum tariff rate for the purpose of evaluation.

 

6.         Shippers binding offers must be accompanied by a valid Request for Gas Transportation Service form in the case of parties that are not currently shippers on ETC Tiger Pipeline.

 

7.         ETC Tiger Pipeline reserves the right to reject any bid or portion of any bid at less than the maximum tariff rate. Amendments to Primary Receipt Points or Primary Delivery Points of awarded capacity will be at ETC Tiger Pipeline's maximum tariff rate unless otherwise negotiated with the pipeline.
